At ADA Lighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned and you may need to return an item. Below you will find our policy for refunds and returns:
Refunds: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. To qualify for a refund, the item must be in its original condition, unopened, and unused. If the item is not in its original condition, a restocking fee may apply. Shipping charges are not refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Returns: If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at +27 (21) 224 0920 or email us at sales@adalighting.co.za. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive the item and confirm that it is defective or damaged, we will either replace the item or issue a refund.
Please note that items that have been installed, modified, or used are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Return Address: All returns should be sent to our physical address at 266 Voortrekker Road, Maitland, Cape Town. Please include a copy of your original invoice or packing slip with your return.
Refund Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
